Up to £65,000 per year | Full-time | Small Animal Practice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and supportive team at a well-established small animal practice in Kent. This purpose-built clinic offers a calm countryside setting alongside modern facilities, making it an ideal environment for a vet looking to develop their clinical skills within a collaborative team.

Working alongside two experienced vets, you will become part of a practice that has served the local community for over 40 years and is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care.

The Role

• Full-time Veterinary Surgeon position

• Mix of consultations and surgical duties

• Deliver high standards of clinical care and client communication

• Develop tailored treatment plans for patients

• Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team

• Opportunity to contribute to clinical development and shared learning

Facilities & Equipment

This purpose-built practice is well equipped with:

• Dedicated operating theatre

• In-house laboratory

• Digital X-ray and ultrasound

• Advanced laser technology for soft-tissue surgery

• Separate dental suite

• Separate dog and cat wards with outdoor dog runs

• Access to advanced imaging, including CT, at a nearby 24-hour hospital

About You

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS)

• Passionate about delivering excellent clinical and client care

• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team

• Keen to continue developing professionally within a supportive environment

Salary & Benefits
