Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Group – Surrey

A proactive Veterinary Surgeon is sought for a thriving small animal practice within Surrey, just inside the M25. This is an excellent opportunity to join a recently returned independent, vet-led group with a loyal client base, strong clinical standards, and genuine investment in equipment and professional development.

This full-time role offers a four-day week, limited Saturdays, a salary up to £80,000+, and certificate support.

The practice forms part of a proudly independent, multi-site veterinary group. Led by experienced veterinary surgeons, the group operates across London and the South East, with a strong emphasis on clinical freedom, progression, and high standards of patient care.

The team includes numerous certificate holders with interests in:

• Soft Tissue Surgery

• Orthopaedics

• Ophthalmology

• Neurology

• Dermatology

• Exotics

• Oncology

This network provides excellent case discussion opportunities and peer support.

The Surrey sites benefit from a loyal and established client base and are entering an exciting new phase of growth and development.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality first opinion consultations and surgical procedures

• Build strong relationships with returning and new clients

• Contribute to the continued development and growth of the practice

• Work collaboratively with experienced RVNs and support team members

• Engage in case discussions within the wider certificate-holder network

• Maintain excellent standards of clinical care and communication

• MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Confident in routine consultations and surgery
