The clinic forms part of an independent group focused on clinical standards, team wellbeing, and delivering a consistent client experience.

The clinical and operational model is designed to empower teams, encourage collaboration and promote evidence‑based medicine.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities (80% of role)

  • Deliver first‑opinion consultations, diagnostic work‑ups and surgical procedures to a high standard.
  • Lead by example through evidence‑based decision‑making and consistent application of clinical protocols.
  • Drive clinical governance, including audits, case reviews and quality‑improvement initiatives.
  • Support team members to work to their full qualification level.
  • Identify opportunities to expand or enhance clinical services.

Operational & Business Leadership

  • Lead the clinic’s local strategy, including HR processes, recruitment support, health and safety, marketing involvement and client‑care standards.
  • Contribute to activity that supports membership uptake and client acquisition.
  • Manage budget planning, financial performance, and adherence to KPIs.
  • Ensure pricing, charging structures, and internal processes are applied consistently.
  • Review and support resolution of clinical and non‑clinical client feedback.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership to the clinical team, nursing lead and practice manager.
  • Conduct structured 1:1s, performance discussions and professional development reviews.
  • Ensure effective two‑way communication through documented team meetings and information cascades.
  • Promote a culture of wellbeing, professionalism and respectful collaboration.
  • Support early identification of wellbeing concerns and ensure signposting to appropriate support.

Community & Professional Engagement

  • Represent the clinic positively within the local community and the wider profession.
  • Support involvement in community events, educational activities and outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to shaping the overall identity and development of the group’s clinical model.
