A client we are representing is seeking an experienced Level 4 Veterinary Nurse to join their growing regional clinic network on the Sunshine Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident nurse who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a collaborative, community-focused team.

This full-time position will involve working across multiple sites within the group, offering exposure to a diverse caseload and strong clinical development opportunities.

The Opportunity

This role is suited to a highly capable nurse who thrives in a busy environment and is confident supporting both medical and surgical workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advanced anaesthetic monitoring and surgical nursing

• Managing patient admissions and discharges

• Performing in-house diagnostics and pathology procedures

• Supporting veterinarians with medical and surgical cases

• Maintaining infection control standards and hospital organisation

• Ensuring accurate and compliant clinical record keeping

• Delivering professional, compassionate client communication

• Supporting daily workflow and operational efficiency

About You

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience

• Strong anaesthesia and surgical nursing competency

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Availability to participate in a rotating Saturday roster

• Flexible and adaptable to working across multiple clinic locations

• Salary package between $77,000 – $80,000 + super, depending on experience
