Part-Time Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal

Salary: Up to £50,000 FTE depending on experience
Hours: Up to 32 hours per week across 2–4 days, including 1:4 Saturdays. No OOH.

A friendly, well-equipped small animal practice in Hampshire is looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive and experienced team. This is a great opportunity for a vet seeking a varied caseload, a collaborative environment, and a strong work–life balance.

The Role

• Mix of consultations and surgery

• Varied small animal caseload including some exotics

• Supportive team with daily rounds and clinical discussion

• Some sole charge on Saturdays

About You

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon (or eligible)

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Interest in diagnostic imaging desirable

• Basic abdominal ultrasound skills required
