Clinical Nurse Manager – Multi-site Leadership – South West London – From £40,000

Are you an experienced nurse ready to step into a senior leadership role while still enjoying hands-on clinical work? This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape nursing standards across multiple well-established practices, combining clinical excellence with strategic influence.

The Practice

This opportunity sits within a well-established, multi-site small animal group in South West London, operating under the wider network of Linnaeus, part of Mars Veterinary Health. The practices are known for their high clinical standards, collaborative culture, and strong focus on team development and patient care.

You’ll be working across three respected sites within the Vet4Life group, all supported by stable, engaged, and experienced nursing teams.

The Role

This is a 12-month maternity cover position offering a balanced split between clinical work and leadership responsibilities.

  • 3 days per week clinical (typically across all branches)

  • 2 days per week leadership and administrative focus (flexible)

  • Hands-on clinical involvement – not a desk-based role

  • Oversight of nursing standards and day-to-day operations

  • Mentoring and development of nurses at all levels

  • Opportunity to influence clinical processes and patient care across multiple sites

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards while helping shape the future direction of nursing within the practices.
