An exciting opportunity to join a brand-new, independent veterinary practice opening in London this summer. Designed with a modern, high-end feel and equipped with cutting-edge technology, this clinic offers a fresh approach to veterinary care, combining clinical excellence with a premium client experience.

This is a rare chance for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a senior role, helping shape the clinical standards, client journey, and overall success of a forward-thinking, growing practice.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality first opinion care in a modern, well-equipped environment
• Work confidently in a sole charge capacity when required
• Build strong client relationships within a high-end demographic
• Play a key role in driving revenue growth and practice performance
• Support the development of clinical standards and team culture
• Be involved in unique client engagement initiatives and events

Working Pattern

• 4–5 days per week
• 8–10 hour shifts
• 1 in 4 weekends (rota-based)
• No out-of-hours
• No on-call

About You

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience
• Confident working sole charge
• Proven track record of revenue generation and business awareness
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering premium client care
• Ambitious, forward-thinking, and excited by being part of a new venture
