Global Veterinary Careers is currently supporting a long-standing companion animal hospital hiring a full-time Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals.

The Role
Full-Time Associate Veterinarian role including:

• Delivering high-quality small animal medical care
• Utilizing modern diagnostics and treatment planning tools
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and patients
• Managing urgent and same-day cases as part of general practice
• Performing thorough case documentation using structured SOAP templates
• Promoting wellness through preventive care plans and long-term health strategies
• Participating in client education and community outreach initiatives

Aventura, Florida is a relatively small but upscale city in South Florida, just north of Miami. It’s part of the larger Miami metropolitan area and is known for a mix of luxury living, shopping, and waterfront views.
Overall, Aventura is known more for comfortable living, shopping, and convenience than nightlife or beaches (though beaches are just a short drive away).
To Be Considered for This Position, You Must Have:

• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
• Active California veterinary license in good standing
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence in clinical decision-making and case management
• Commitment to compassionate, individualized patient care
