The Role
As a Veterinary Cardiologist, you will:
· Provide advanced diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases in dogs and cats
· Conduct and interpret specialized cardiac testing such as echocardiography, ECG, and other imaging modalities
· Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with congenital and acquired heart conditions
· Participate in multidisciplinary case consultations with other specialists and support staff
· Communicate effectively with pet owners about diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans
· Mentor and collaborate with support staff to elevate team expertise in cardiology

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
· DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited veterinary university
· Board certification or residency training in veterinary cardiology (DACVIM or equivalent)
· Active veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
· Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in cardiology
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
