The Practice

This is a busy, modern primary care group with a large and highly skilled nursing team of 50, including multiple certificate holders across:

  • Medicine
  • ECC
  • Anaesthesia
  • Dentistry
  • Nutrition

You’ll be joining a team that actively encourages development, with many nurses currently working towards further qualifications.

  • Strong support structure including vets, student nurses, PCAs, and client care teams

The Role

This is a full-time position (40 hours) across 4 x 10-hour days, giving you a consistent weekday off.
 

You’ll gain exposure to:

  • A varied caseload across multiple sites
  • Inpatient care and general nursing duties
  • Weekend shifts (fairly shared rota)
  • A supportive and structured OOH rota (with additional pay + time off in lieu)

There is also a strong focus on:

  • Developing confidence with Schedule 3 procedures
  • Supporting clinical interests and specialisms
  • Opportunities to become a Clinical Champion (e.g. Dentistry, Infection Control)

 

Team & Culture
