The Role

This is a dedicated operating-only position, ideal for a vet who thrives in surgery and wants to focus on procedures without routine consults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures
• Deliver high standards of patient care throughout the surgical process
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth case management
• Maintain excellent clinical and regulatory standards
• Support best practice protocols within surgery

Working Pattern:

• 4 days per week
• Structured rota supporting work-life balance

About You

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon registered with the RCVS (MRCVS)
• Strong surgical interest and confidence in routine procedures (advanced skills desirable)
• Passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Keen to develop surgical skills further
