  • A seasoned team of DVMs and support staff who value mentorship, communication, and teamwork
  • Medical protocols built by practicing Veterinarians—not dictated by corporate playbooks

What You’ll Lead
As the Lead Veterinarian, you’ll balance hands‑on clinical work with meaningful leadership responsibilities, including:

  • Elevating patient care and ensuring consistent, high medical standards across the team
  • Partnering with operations leaders on budgeting, staffing plans, and performance metrics
  • Guiding medical protocols and ensuring a cohesive, positive client experience
  • Managing doctor scheduling to support efficiency and sustainable work‑life balance
  • Coaching Associate DVMs through case discussions, feedback, and professional development
  • Leading rounds, team meetings, and culture‑building initiatives
  • Collaborating with hospital management on client relations and service excellence
  • Supporting recruitment and retention of talented veterinarians
  • Serving as a respected representative of the hospital within the Dallas veterinary community

Compensation & Benefits
This group invests heavily in its medical leaders, offering:

  • Competitive base salary plus Production Bonus
  • Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Unlimited CE funding + additional CE days
  • Coverage for malpractice, licensure, and DEA
  • Significant PTO, paid parental leave, and a sabbatical program
  • Additional perks such as childcare support and employee discounts

Who Thrives Here
This role is perfect for a Veterinarian who enjoys leading by example, values autonomy, and wants to influence both patient care and team culture. If you’re energized by mentorship, collaboration, and practicing medicine at a high level, this is a standout opportunity in the Dallas market.
