About the Practice

This well-established small animal hospital in Norfolk has been serving its community since 1984 and operates across two sites in the region. It is a genuinely forward-thinking practice, with on-site CT, laparoscopy, digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, and video endoscopy — and its own dedicated referral services facility accepting cases in dermatology, dentistry, endoscopy, medicine, imaging (including echocardiography), orthopaedic surgery, and soft tissue surgery.

The clinical team is made up of experienced vets with a wide variety of interests and expertise, including advanced practitioners in both medicine and surgery, as well as specialists in orthopaedics. They are complemented by a fantastic nursing and support team.

About the Role

This is a flexible full-time or part-time position, with the role split across two Norfolk sites. The rota includes 1 in 10 weekends (days only), with no on-call requirement. The practice runs its own night service, ensuring excellent continuity of care for both the team and clients.

A real emphasis is placed on work-life balance — flexible working hours, protected lunch breaks, and scheduled administrative time every day are all part of the working week.
