Looking to pick up some consistent weekend locum work within a well-established practice?

GVC is working with a long-standing small animal practice in Hertfordshire that is looking for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to support with cover across a selection of weekends. 

This is a great option for a vet looking to supplement their current schedule with relaxed weekend shifts in a supportive, experienced team environment.

This practice is a well-established, practice that has been part of the local community for decades.

Many members of the team have been with the practice for years, creating a stable and welcoming environment where locums are well-integrated and supported.

The Role

• Small animal first-opinion caseload
• May Dates Required:
  • Saturday 16th May
  • Saturday 30th May
• Potential for additional dates moving forward
• Supportive team on-site

Hours & Salary

• Up to £500 per day (DOE)
• Saturdays Shifts: 9am – 4pm 
• Umbrella company payment only

About You

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Comfortable with routine consults and basic procedures
• Reliable and able to integrate well into an established team
• Previous locum experience beneficial but not essential
