An opportunity has opened for an experienced and motivated RVN to step into a Joint Head Nurse role at a proudly independent small‑animal practice in North London.

• Joint Head RVN position, working 3 days per week

• Usual days: Wednesday–Friday

• Shift options: 8:00–18:00 or 11:00–19:30

• 30‑minute unpaid lunch

• Overtime paid for any late finishes

• No OOH

• 8–9 Saturdays per year, 08:30–14:30

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years post-qualification experience. You’ll be leading and motivating a team of 5 RVNs and 1 VCA, working closely with the clinical leadership team to maintain excellent standards of patient care and client service.

• £35–38k pro rata
