About the Practice

This stunning new surgery is opening in the West London area, backed by one of the UK's largest independent, family-owned veterinary groups. It has been purpose-built from the ground up with both patients and team wellbeing firmly in mind — light, spacious, calm for pets, and genuinely inspiring to work in.

• 8 consulting rooms and 3 operating theatres

This isn't a practice asking you to slot into an existing team. They are looking for two Veterinary Surgeons to help build the team, shape the culture, and define how care is delivered from the very beginning — working alongside the Head Vet.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 4 days per week across 9-hour shifts, averaging 39 hours per week. The weekend rota is 1 in 4, with dedicated admin time built into every shift.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Consulting, diagnosing and treating a wide range of first-opinion cases
• Performing routine and more advanced surgical procedures
• Delivering preventive healthcare and promoting long-term patient wellbeing
• Building strong, trusted client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring the nursing team
• Leading by example in clinical governance and patient care

What They're Looking For

They are looking for confident, experienced GP Vets with at least 3 years of post-graduate experience and strong all-round clinical skills. A special clinical interest is welcomed and something they will actively support and develop. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, calm under pressure, and genuinely excited by the opportunity to help build something new.
