The Opportunity

As Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will play a key role in both clinical care and team leadership, helping shape the direction of the clinic while maintaining excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care
• Mentor and support GP veterinarians
• Contribute to clinic leadership, strategy, and development
• Support performance reviews, training, and team growth
• Provide guidance to nursing and support staff
