Locum Small Animal Veterinarian – Yanchep, WA
Location: Yanchep, Western Australia
Dates: 12th June – 14th August (flexible cover, Wednesdays preferred)
Hours: No after hours | 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (optional/negotiable)

A well-equipped, privately owned small animal clinic in Yanchep is seeking a locum veterinarian to provide cover while they recruit for a full-time position.

The Clinic:
You will be working in a fully equipped practice with access to:

• Full in-house IDEXX suite (CBC, biochemistry, PT/PTT, urinalysis, blood morphology)
• Imagyst for automated cytology
• Digital dental and standard radiography
• Modern ultrasound
• Advanced dentistry equipment
• Smartflow and EzyVet systems
• Tonometry, panophthalmoscope, endoscopy and more
• Highly skilled and capable nursing team

The Role:

• Small animal GP role (consults and surgery)
• Flexible locum cover between 12 June – 14 August
• Wednesdays highly preferred, with additional days available if desired
• No after hours requirements
• Strong nursing support on site

About You:

• Confident in general practice medicine and routine surgery
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills and client focus
• Eligible for registration with the Veterinary Practice Board of WA
