Registered Veterinary Nurse – Maternity Cover | Small Animal Practice | Northamptonshire

We are seeking an enthusiastic RVN to join a friendly and collaborative small animal practice on a full-time maternity cover contract. The Role

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient and client care while supporting the wider veterinary team in maintaining the highest clinical and operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 procedures
• Supporting veterinary consultations, surgeries, and procedures
• Monitoring inpatients and providing high-quality nursing care
• Managing patient admissions and discharges
• Maintaining excellent client communication and care standards
• Working collaboratively within a supportive clinical team
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational standards

Working Pattern

• Full-time, fixed-term maternity cover contract
• 4 days per week
• 40 hours per week
• Excellent work-life balance within a supportive team environment

About You

• Be a qualified and RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £30,500 depending on experience
