A well-established AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in the Upper East Side of Manhattan is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and supportive veterinary team. The hospital currently operates with two full-time veterinarians supported by a dedicated team of licensed veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants.

Schedule

  • Full-time opportunity
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Caseload

This practice primarily focuses on dogs and cats, with an approximately 50/50 canine-to-feline caseload.

Services include:

  • Preventative and wellness care
  • Diagnostics and internal medicine
  • Surgery and dentistry
  • Ongoing case management
  • Client education and communication

What We’re Looking For

  • DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited university
  • Eligibility for veterinary licensure in New York
  • Passion for delivering high-quality veterinary medicine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to patient care and client relationships

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $140,000–$160,000 depending on experience
