The Role
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care while helping maintain a positive hospital culture and client experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality preventative, medical, surgical, and dental care
- Working with a diverse caseload including exotic species
- Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members
- Supporting and mentoring veterinary support staff
- Participating in hospital initiatives and community outreach
- Upholding medical standards, ethics, and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Minnesota
- Passion for patient care and client communication
- Interest in collaborative medicine and professional development
- Exotic medicine experience or interest is a plus
- USDA Accreditation is beneficial but not required
New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship and support from an experienced team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000–$150,000 plus production
