The Role

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care while helping maintain a positive hospital culture and client experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality preventative, medical, surgical, and dental care
• Working with a diverse caseload including exotic species
• Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members
• Supporting and mentoring veterinary support staff
• Participating in hospital initiatives and community outreach
• Upholding medical standards, ethics, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited university
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Minnesota
• Passion for patient care and client communication
• Interest in collaborative medicine and professional development
• Exotic medicine experience or interest is a plus
• USDA Accreditation is beneficial but not required
