Who They Are

I’m working with a well-established small animal practice in Cheshire that is looking to appoint a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced vet looking to step into a leadership role, with real influence over clinical standards, team development, and the future direction of the practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Mentor and support recently qualified and developing vets
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care across a varied caseload
  • Promote excellent client communication and patient care
  • Support a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Work closely with senior leadership on clinical and team development

The Role

  • Full-time position (4-day working week)
  • Participation in weekend and bank holiday rota
  • Exposure to ECC caseload through a nearby hospital setting
  • Strong focus on work-life balance and structured support
