We’re recruiting an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern small animal practice based in South West London, with genuine career progression available into a Lead Vet position. The Role

This opportunity would suit a confident GP Veterinary Surgeon looking to further develop their clinical skills while progressing towards a leadership role within practice.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient and client care, managing medical and surgical cases, and contributing positively to the wider team culture.

This role can be considered on a Part Time Basis – Very flexible with working week, from 2-4 days plus a share of weekends. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care in consultations and surgery
• Create tailored treatment plans and communicate clearly with clients
• Work collaboratively with the wider veterinary and nursing team
• Maintain high clinical and operational standards
• Support and contribute to ongoing clinical development within the practice
• Assist with mentoring and supporting colleagues as you progress towards a leadership position

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon registered with the RCVS
• Previous UK small animal experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for clinical excellence and patient care
• Confident working in a busy GP environment
• Ambition to progress into a Lead Vet role

Salary & Benefits

• £70,000-£80,000
• 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
