We are recruiting for an experienced Night Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established 24-hour veterinary hospital in Greater London, England. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, highly experienced team while enjoying a unique rota of 1 week on and 2 weeks off.

The Role

As the dedicated Night Veterinary Surgeon, you will provide exceptional emergency and critical care to patients overnight, working alongside a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse. This is a sole charge ECC position, ideal for a confident vet who enjoys autonomy while having the support of a wider hospital team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality emergency and critical care to patients.
• Managing consultations, diagnostics and emergency surgical cases.
• Creating tailored treatment plans and communicating effectively with clients.
• Ensuring the highest standards of clinical and regulatory compliance.
• Working collaboratively with the wider hospital team to provide seamless patient care.
• Supporting and contributing to a positive clinical culture.

About You

• MRCVS qualified Veterinary Surgeon.
• Previous ECC experience is essential.
• Confident working in a sole charge environment.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding patient and client care.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous professional development.
