Lead a Well-Established Coastal Practice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take the lead within two well-established small animal practices on the beautiful Norfolk coast. Currently supported by locum vets, this role would suit a strong senior clinician looking to make their mark, drive clinical standards, and become the go-to veterinary leader within a close-knit team.

Working across two community-focused clinics, you'll enjoy a varied caseload, genuine autonomy, and the chance to build lasting client relationships while benefiting from the support of a wider veterinary network.

The Role

You'll take clinical responsibility across two friendly practices, delivering high-quality patient care while enjoying the autonomy that comes with a leadership position.

  • Work confidently in a sole-charge environment
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the local community

What We're Looking For

  • MRCVS qualified Veterinary Surgeon
  • Confident working in a sole-charge capacity
  • Strong clinical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • A proactive and supportive team player
  • Previous senior or leadership experience advantageous
