The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established independent practice in Worcestershire. With a dedicated equine team, a supportive culture, and an excellent work-life balance, this role offers the chance to become part of a highly experienced and collaborative environment.

The practice is home to 11 farm and equine vets, including two experienced directors, alongside three equine-only clinicians. Supported by a knowledgeable and hands-on office team with extensive equestrian backgrounds, you'll be joining a team that genuinely understands the needs of both clients and horses.

The Role

• Equine-only position.
• Full-time, 4-day working week.
• One night per week on-call.
• Weekend rota of 1 in 4, covering Friday afternoon through to Monday morning.
• Variety of ambulatory and equine clinical work.
• Company car provided.
• Driving licence essential.

About You

• MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon (or eligible for registration).
• Passionate about equine medicine and surgery.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Full driving licence required.
