About the Role and Team 💼

This position stands out by giving you the time, support, and tools to build a thorough diagnostic approach and directly influence the clinical direction of the practice. You will be working alongside a highly collaborative and supportive team that values teamwork and open communication.

Typically, your day-to-day will involve:

• Managing a varied and increasingly complex medical caseload, with a focus on high clinical standards.

• Developing tailored treatment plans and building strong client relationships through excellent continuity of care.

• Utilizing and honing your skills in diagnostics, case investigation, and surgeries.

• Contributing to in-house service development and collaborating with a wider professional network.

📅 Working Pattern: Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a regular Friday off. Weekend patterns are flexible to suit your preference, offering either 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends.

About You 🌟

To thrive in this role, you should be:

• A qualified MRCVS with a genuine passion for clinical excellence and client care.

• A professional with a strong interest in internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, or cardiology.

• Someone who holds a certificate, is currently working towards one, or possesses equivalent clinical experience.

• Confident in medical case management, motivated to grow, and a true team player.

Benefits & Salary 💰

• Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience).
