About the Role and Team 💼
This position stands out by giving you the time, support, and tools to build a thorough diagnostic approach and directly influence the clinical direction of the practice. You will be working alongside a highly collaborative and supportive team that values teamwork and open communication.
Typically, your day-to-day will involve:

Managing a varied and increasingly complex medical caseload, with a focus on high clinical standards.

Developing tailored treatment plans and building strong client relationships through excellent continuity of care.

Utilizing and honing your skills in diagnostics, case investigation, and surgeries.

Contributing to in-house service development and collaborating with a wider professional network.
📅 Working Pattern: Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a regular Friday off. Weekend patterns are flexible to suit your preference, offering either 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends.
About You 🌟
To thrive in this role, you should be:

A qualified MRCVS with a genuine passion for clinical excellence and client care.

A professional with a strong interest in internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, or cardiology.

Someone who holds a certificate, is currently working towards one, or possesses equivalent clinical experience.

Confident in medical case management, motivated to grow, and a true team player.
Benefits & Salary 💰

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience).
