Veterinary Surgeon – Leeds, West Yorkshire

Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a friendly, progressive small animal practice with a strong team culture and excellent clinical support? An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Small Animal Vet to join a well-established multi-site practice in Leeds.

The Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and collaborative veterinary team, providing high-quality patient and client care while managing a varied first-opinion caseload.

The role includes a combination of consultations and surgery, allowing you to develop strong client relationships while enjoying a diverse and rewarding workload.

Working pattern:

• Full-time, 38 hours per week over 4 days
• Mixture of consulting and surgical shifts
• Approximately 1 in 5–6 Saturdays
• Time off in lieu around weekend commitments
• No Sundays
• No out-of-hours work
• Shared Bank Holiday rota

Based within a well-established small animal practice group in Leeds, you will be joining a team of experienced Veterinary Surgeons, supported by a dedicated nursing and client care team.

The team includes vets with a range of interests and advanced qualifications, creating a supportive setting for both personal and professional growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Have experience working within a small animal first-opinion practice
• Be confident with routine consultations and surgery
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Be committed to delivering exceptional patient and client care
