Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Cheshire
Are you a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon looking for a supportive team, varied caseload, and excellent work-life balance? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join two well-established small animal practices in Cheshire, working across friendly, community-focused clinics with access to excellent clinical support and development opportunities.
The Role
This full-time position offers a 4-day working week, providing a great balance between professional fulfilment and personal time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Small animal consultations and preventative healthcare
- Medical investigations and case management
- First-opinion surgical procedures
- Working collaboratively across two established practices
- Participation in a shared weekend and bank holiday rota at a nearby veterinary centre
About You
We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys both medicine and surgery and is comfortable managing a varied first-opinion caseload.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Have experience in small animal practice
- Enjoy building strong client relationships
- Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
