Veterinary Surgeon – Lancashire | £45,000–£65,000

A well established, independent-minded small animal and exotics practice in Lancashire is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to its friendly and supportive team.

The Role

• Full-time hours across just 3 days per week (8:30am–7:00pm)
• 1 weekday on-call shift every 2 weeks
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only
• Dedicated emergency support for weekend afternoons
• Salary from £45,000–£65,000 depending on experience

The practice has recently undergone significant expansion and continues to invest heavily in facilities, including advanced diagnostic equipment and additional surgical space. You'll be supported by an experienced team of vets, RVNs and support staff, with protected time for case discussions, admin and breaks.

The Candidate

• Confident consulting and performing routine surgeries
• Comfortable with occasional sole-charge responsibilities
• New graduates and experienced vets both encouraged to apply
