An exciting opportunity has arisen for passionate and clinical-focused Registered Veterinary Nurses to join a brand-new team and help shape a fresh, positive practice culture from the ground up! 🚀
📍 About the Practice & Location:
Brand new, state-of-the-art facilities are opening this autumn in the Lancashire region, with positions available at custom-built site in the Chorley area. Operating on an innovative subscription-based model, these practices focus on building deep, long-term client relationships and reducing transactional stress, allowing the team to focus on what matters most: exceptional clinical care. 🏥
💼 About the Role and Team:
This is a full-time position starting in November 2026. This practice firmly believes that RVNs are vital clinical professionals, not just support staff. You will be fully utilized across your entire clinical scope, running autonomous nurse clinics, contributing to day-to-day care delivery, and helping to build a close-knit, supportive team. Each site is intentionally scaling to a dedicated team of 6 staff members (2 Vets, 2 RVNs, and 2 Care Coordinators) to ensure a great working environment.
Your day-to-day will involve:

Clinical Excellence: Full scope of RVN practice, including anaesthesia, monitoring, and surgical support. 🩺

Nurse Clinics: Running proactive, nurse-led clinics (weight management, post-op, vaccines, and parasite prevention).

Client Connection: Educating clients and fostering strong community relationships, particularly around the subscription membership framework. 💬

Practice Operations: Overseeing stock management, equipment care, and maintaining a top-tier clinical environment.

Mentorship: Supporting and mentoring student veterinary nurses as the practice growing. 🎓
☑️ About You:
To be considered for this exciting launch, you should bring:

Professional Registration: You must be a fully qualified, RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse. 🐕

Experience: Ideally 2–3 years of post-qualification experience within a first-opinion practice environment.

Clinical Drive: High levels of clinical confidence and a genuine passion for the nursing profession.

Communication Skills: A warm, clear, and reassuring approach when interacting with clients.

💰 Benefits:

Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience).
