The Role
Full-time Lead Veterinarian position combining clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor the veterinary team while maintaining a clinical caseload
· Promote high standards of patient care and medical quality
· Perform consultations, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry
· Support clinical development and mentoring of fellow veterinarians
· Work alongside hospital leadership to drive a positive team culture and continued practice growth
· Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care

Requirements
· DVM / VMD (or equivalent)
· Eligible to work in the US
· Previous leadership experience preferred, or a desire to progress into a Lead Veterinarian role
· Strong general medicine, surgery, and client communication skills
· DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
· NAVLE certification
· ECFVG or PAVE (if graduated from a non-AVMA accredited program)
· DEA, State, and USDA licenses (or ability to obtain upon hire)
