🤝 About the Role and Team
You will be part of a massive, supportive, and exceptionally talented team comprising 15 Vets, a brilliant Head Nurse, 15 Nurses, and 5 Receptionists. The clinical team is highly skilled, with many vets holding or working towards advanced certificates in dermatology, dentistry, surgery, internal medicine, ECC, and ophthalmology—offering an incredible environment for knowledge sharing! 🧠💡
This is a permanent, full-time role offering fantastic flexibility with the option of a 4 or 5-day working week. The rota includes 1 in 8 full weekends, along with Bank Holiday coverage and participation in the shared on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities:

🏥 Delivering exceptional patient monitoring and clinical care.

🧼 Assisting with surgeries, procedures, and completing Schedule 3 activities.

💬 Running dynamic nurse-led appointments.

📦 Managing smooth admissions, discharges, and patient transfers.

👥 Holding briefings to coordinate and engage the nursing team for seamless daily operations.

📜 RCVS Registration as a Veterinary Nurse.
