GVC are proud to be supporting an exciting new independent veterinary practice opening this winter in Surrey. This is a rare opportunity to join the founding clinical team and help shape a practice that has been designed around exceptional patient care, outstanding client experience and a genuinely enjoyable place to work.

This beautiful, purpose-built practice has been thoughtfully designed to feel more like a luxury pet spa than a clinical environment, creating a calm, welcoming experience for both clients and their pets. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the modern interiors to the latest diagnostic equipment and surgical facilities, giving you everything you need to deliver outstanding veterinary care.

You’ll be joining a growing team led by an experienced Clinical Director, with plans for a three-vet team supported by 3-4 experienced RVNs and a dedicated Customer Experience Team, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

This is a mixed GP role with an even balance of consulting and surgery, offering a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop your own clinical interests. A certificate is welcomed and will be fully supported, although it is by no means essential.

The Role

• Salary £55,000–£73,000 depending on experience
• Five-day week during the first six weeks as the practice launches, reducing to a four-day week thereafter
• Mixture of consulting and surgery
• No sole charge

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Confident GP Vet with solid medical and surgical skills
