Registered Veterinary Nurse – Independent, Purpose-Built Practice – Dudley (West Midlands) – Up to £30,500

An established, independent small animal practice in Dudley is looking for an experienced RVN with a kind, compassionate approach to join their friendly team. They’re keen to find someone who’s passionate about patient care, great client service, and being part of a supportive, values-led clinic.

The practice

This is a modern, purpose-built, single-site practice with a large, talented veterinary team who enjoy sharing knowledge and developing together. You’ll have the backing and encouragement to keep progressing in your nursing career.

The role

• Full-time: 32–40 hours/week over 4 or 5 days
• Saturday rota (no Sundays)
• No OOH / on-call

Key responsibilities

• Nurse consultations
• Assisting vets with surgical procedures and examinations
• Anaesthetic monitoring + inpatient/post-op care
• Administering medications and treatments
• Diagnostics (bloods, urinalysis, radiography)
• Maintaining accurate clinical records (practice management system)
• Educating clients (preventative care, nutrition, aftercare)
• Maintaining a clean, organised clinical environment
