Veterinary Surgeon

My client in West Sussex is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive and supportive team, offering an excellent balance of clinical development, autonomy and work-life balance.

The Role

• 4-day working week
• Up to £80,000 DOE
• 1 in 4 weekends, mornings only, with time off in lieu
• Varied and engaging caseload with opportunities to develop your clinical interests

Clinical Opportunities

The role offers exposure to a broad and interesting caseload, with opportunities to develop skills across areas including:

• Soft tissue surgery
• Laparoscopic/keyhole surgery
• Advanced dentistry
• Diagnostic imaging
• Endoscopy
• Orthopaedics
• Internal medicine
• Advanced imaging
• Ophthalmology
• Stem cell treatments

You’ll have access to excellent equipment and clinical support, allowing you to build on your existing skill set and pursue areas of particular interest.

About You

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Confident working across a varied first-opinion caseload
• Passionate about delivering high standards of clinical care
• A collaborative team player with a positive approach
• Keen to develop your clinical skills and take advantage of further opportunities
