My client is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a supportive team as a Senior Veterinary Nurse.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining clinical nursing with mentoring, team support and day-to-day organisation.

The role

• 4-day working week
• 8am–6pm or 9am–7pm shifts
• Mix of theatre, prep and nurse consulting
• 1 in 8 weekends, with Monday off in lieu
• 1 in 14 weeks on-call
• Opportunity to mentor and develop colleagues
• Varied caseload and excellent clinical exposure

They are looking for

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
• Strong post-qualification experience
• Confident clinical nursing skills
• Clinical Coach qualification or willingness to obtain
• Leadership experience or a desire to progress
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
