This is an established veterinary clinic in North London with good facilities, a strong platform and real potential and they are looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon who wants to take genuine ownership of what it becomes. It is a role for an ambitious, commercially minded vet who wants to build something they are proud of.

The clinic is part of a wider veterinary network, giving the Lead Vet the autonomy to shape and develop the practice while benefiting from clinical, operational and professional support around them. Six other Senior Vets, an Area Manager and a Partner are all available for support, sharing clinical skills, developing commercial thinking and building leadership capability. The combination is one that lets the right person think like a practice owner without having to do everything alone.

What you will do
You will be taking real ownership of the clinic's development, building and leading the team, growing the client base, creating a culture and client experience that gives the practice a genuine local reputation and developing lasting relationships in the community. You will also be delivering excellent clinical care throughout, maintaining high standards while creating an environment where colleagues can do their best work.

Four days per week with a share of weekends.
