Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving small animal practice in North London as Lead Vet, with the opportunity to make your mark on the practice and help shape its future.

You’ll be joining an established, friendly team with a loyal client base and a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

The Role

As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll combine clinical work with the opportunity to support and develop the wider practice. You’ll be involved in:

  • Providing high-quality clinical care across consultations and surgery
  • Creating tailored treatment plans and discussing these with clients
  • Supporting and developing the clinical team
  • Sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues
  • Helping drive clinical standards and the continued development of the practice
  • Working collaboratively with an experienced nursing and support team

About You

You’ll be a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care.

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to lead, develop and inspire a team. You’ll be confident clinically, enjoy working collaboratively and be keen to contribute ideas to help the practice continue to grow.
