Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a practice where your ideas, development and contribution genuinely matter?

This could be a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive small animal practice in Northamptonshire, with a loyal client base, established team and an exciting period of growth ahead.

The Role

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am – 6pm
  • No OOH or Sundays
  • Varied caseload including consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning and routine surgery
  • Opportunity to help shape the future direction of the practice
  • Scope to contribute to clinical protocols and standards of care
  • Opportunity to mentor and support junior colleagues
  • High level of clinical autonomy with support from an experienced team

About You

We’re looking for an experienced and confident Veterinary Surgeon who:

  • Has ideally 2–3+ years' post-qualification experience
  • Is comfortable working independently across consultations, diagnostics and routine surgery
  • Has excellent communication and client care skills
  • Takes a proactive approach to clinical development
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Is passionate about maintaining high standards of patient care

Due to the level of autonomy required, this position would not be suitable for a new graduate.
