With modern facilities, advanced diagnostic equipment and a carefully selected team of veterinary professionals, this is your chance to help shape the future of independent veterinary care.

-
Ideally 3–6 years' experience.

The Clinic
This isn't your traditional veterinary practice. The clinic has been thoughtfully designed to create a contemporary, welcoming environment for both pets and their owners, while providing the equipment and facilities needed to deliver exceptional care.
Facilities include:
-
Three consulting rooms, including a dedicated feline consult room.
-
Advanced imaging suite with digital static X-ray and Vetus 50 ultrasound.

Dedicated dental suite with dental X-ray equipment.

Sterile surgical theatre and endoscopy/laparoscopy equipment.

You'll have the opportunity to make full use of these facilities while developing your clinical interests and delivering high standards of first-opinion care.
The Team & Your Role
Each clinic has a team of approximately three Veterinary Surgeons and a similar number of nurses. The business is committed to recruiting talented, clinically capable professionals who enjoy working collaboratively and supporting one another.
You'll be confident in first-opinion consultations, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery, with an interest in developing your own clinical niche. Further qualifications or a desire to pursue certification are welcomed, with interests such as dentistry, ophthalmology, laparoscopy, neurology, oncology and geriatric care particularly relevant. Orthopaedic or advanced internal medicine experience would be an advantage.
For Lead and Senior positions, you'll also contribute to the wider success of the clinic through:
-
Maintaining exceptional clinical and client care standards.
-
Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and nursing teams.
-
Promoting structured clinical protocols and evidence-based care.
-
Identifying opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and operational performance.
-
Building strong relationships with local clients and supporting community engagement.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for veterinary professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent care and excited by the opportunity to do things differently.
You'll ideally be:
-
A confident and capable Veterinary Surgeon with strong surgical and anaesthetic experience.
-
A personable communicator who enjoys educating clients about treatment options and preventative healthcare.
-
Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a growing business.
-
Keen to contribute ideas, improve processes and embrace new ways of working.
