GVC are assisting a veterinary practice in South East London looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their fantastic team. The Role

You’ll be joining an established team consisting of the owner, a Senior Veterinary Surgeon and an experienced group of RVNs who work together to provide excellent patient care.

The caseload is growing following the closure of a nearby practice, creating an exciting opportunity to join a busy team with plenty of scope to develop.

• 4 days per week, offering a great work-life balance.

• A supportive team environment with an experienced nursing team on site.

• Mentorship and guidance available for junior vets looking to build confidence and clinical skills.

• A varied and growing GP caseload, with opportunities to develop your interests.

• Occasional sole-charge responsibility, expected to be around one day per week when the Senior Vet is off.

• Surgeries will only be booked where you feel confident and comfortable undertaking them, with support available when needed.

The team understands that every vet has different strengths and experience levels. You’ll be encouraged to develop at your own pace, with the support you need to become the clinician you want to be.

About You

• You’re a qualified Veterinary Surgeon and registered with 18months+ of experience, or eligible to register, with the RCVS.

• You enjoy delivering excellent clinical care and building relationships with clients.

• You’re a team player who values collaboration and a positive working environment.

• You’re keen to learn, develop and build your confidence.

• Whether you’re a junior GP vet or an experienced clinician, you’re looking for a practice that will invest in you.
