Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm

A veterinary practice in Shellharbour is seeking a reliable Locum Veterinarian for ongoing coverage. Monday–Friday availability is preferred, but a few days per week would also be welcomed.

What’s on offer:

• Ongoing work, ideally Monday–Friday
• Flexible option for a few days per week
• Sole charge
• Consults of 20–30 minutes
• Routine surgery, including dog and cat desexings, lump removals, stitch-ups and Grade 1–4 dentals with dental X-rays
• General X-rays
• No weekends, public holidays or after-hours
• No overnight patients; emergencies are referred to external hospitals

Requirements:

• BVSc or equivalent, with registration (or eligibility) in NSW
• Confident working sole charge
• Competent performing routine surgery independently, including desexings and dentals
• Confident with general practice consults and radiography
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable
