Veterinary Surgeon – Clinical Freedom, 4-Day Week, No OOH – West Midlands – Up to £65,000 DOE

About the Practice

This well-established small animal practice has served its local community since 1999. It has built a strong reputation for high-quality patient care, backed by a friendly, experienced team with real longevity. You’ll work alongside two experienced Veterinary Surgeons and a long-standing support team who are always happy to share knowledge and discuss cases.

The practice keeps a good range of work in-house, so you can work cases up thoroughly and use your full skillset. Facilities include:

• Digital X-ray and dental X-ray
• Ultrasound with Doppler and cardiac probe
• In-house laboratory

Refurbishment works are also planned, so this is an exciting time to join as the practice continues to invest in its future.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 40 hours across 4 days, with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota and time off in lieu. There is no out-of-hours requirement. 🙌 Part-time applications will also be considered.

You’ll manage a varied first-opinion caseload with real autonomy, in a collaborative environment where ideas and clinical expertise are readily shared.

There are plenty of green spaces nearby, including Cannock Chase, and housing is far more affordable than in much of the South East.
