The practice has built a strong reputation for providing friendly, personal care while continuing to invest in modern facilities and equipment. The team is small, consistent and dedicated, creating a relaxed environment where Vets can build lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

The Role

• Part-time Veterinary Surgeon position.
• Flexible working pattern to be discussed.
• Share of Saturday morning rota.
• Practice is closed on Sundays.
• Opportunity to work within a supportive, close-knit team.
• Varied small animal caseload with both medical and surgical work.

Clinical Facilities

Despite being an independent practice, they have invested heavily in their in-house capabilities, including:

• Digital X-ray and dental X-ray.
• Ultrasound.
• Extensive in-house laboratory facilities with same-day blood and urine testing.
• Fully equipped operating theatre.
• On-site pharmacy.
• Dental procedures performed in-house.
• Nurse-led consultations and clinics.
• Laser therapy and other alternative treatment options.

About You

GVC are keen to speak with Veterinary Surgeons who enjoy working in a friendly, community-focused practice and value providing a high standard of individualised patient care.

The role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a smaller team, building relationships with clients and having access to a broad range of in-house diagnostic and treatment facilities.
