  • Work up complex medical cases independently, exercising full clinical freedom to create tailored treatment plans.

  • Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate on best-practice care.

  • Take part in continuous learning and professional development supported by the practice.

🎯 About You (To Be Considered):

• 📜 RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience.

• 🛡️ Passionate about independent practice and thriving in an environment with complete clinical freedom.

• ⚡ Independent clinician confident in handling sole-charge scenarios, surgical cases, and complex diagnostics without needing direct supervision.
