The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, well-established, and supportive small animal practice with a strong focus on team wellbeing and work–life balance. What You’ll Be Doing

Providing exceptional care through consultations, dentals, and routine surgery

Building lasting relationships with loyal clients and their pets

Working closely within a 3-vet team in a bright, purpose-built surgery

Developing your clinical skills with funded CPD and certificate support

Maintaining a healthy work–life balance with a flexible, supportive rota

What’s Needed

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

Confidence with routine GP work and a passion for client care

Team-oriented approach with strong communication skills

Enthusiasm for professional growth and personal wellbeing

Hours & Rota

Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time options available

1 in 3 weekends with days off in lieu

No out-of-hours responsibilities
