Associate Veterinarian – West Trenton, NJ

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 DOE + Production Bonus (No Negative Accrual)

I’m working with a well-established, spacious small animal hospital in West Trenton, New Jersey, looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to their collaborative team.

The Role

This is a 100% small animal position, with doctors typically seeing around 10–15 patients per day.

Appointments are designed to give you the time to properly work up cases and build relationships with clients:

• 20–30 minute wellness appointments

• Around 30 minutes for sick appointments

• Flexibility depending on your preferred approach

• Flexible scheduling available

The Hospital

You’ll be working from a large, standalone hospital with a strong support team and an excellent range of equipment, including:

• 4 dedicated exam rooms

• Large treatment area

• Dedicated surgical suite

• Digital radiography

• Dental radiography

• Ultrasound

• Surgical laser

• Dentalaire dental equipment

• Fully paperless systems

The team also has access to a traveling orthopedic surgeon and an internal medicine doctor who performs ultrasounds, providing additional support and opportunities for case collaboration.
