The Role
Full-Time Small Animal Veterinarian role including:
• Delivering comprehensive medical care to companion animal patients
• Preventative care, diagnostics, treatment planning, and case management
• Performing soft tissue and orthopaedic surgical procedures
• Managing urgent care and same-day appointments
• Client communication, education, and relationship building
• Collaborating closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
• Practicing evidence-based medicine with modern diagnostics and tools
• Maintaining high standards of patient care and client service

To Be Considered for This Position, You Must Have:
• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
• Active Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• USDA accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate small animal medicine
• Comfort with general medicine and surgery (new graduates encouraged to apply)
