The Practice
A well-established, progressive, fast-paced 3-doctor small animal practice with a nearby outpatient clinic. The hospital is AAHA-certified and offers a comprehensive range of services including wellness and preventive care, illness and urgent care, surgery, dentistry, therapeutic laser therapy, in-house diagnostics, digital full-body and dental radiology, ultrasonography, acupuncture, and medical/vacation boarding.
The practice also benefits from a strong support structure, including a collaborative clinical team and a nearby outpatient facility that provides additional flexibility and case variety.
The Role
Small animal GP position working primarily with cats and dogs, with a strong focus on preventative care, diagnostics, and client relationships.

Schedule
Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. No weekend requirement, supporting a strong work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000–$140,000 (DOE) plus performance-based earning potential
- Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus (role dependent)
